What we store

• Your account: an anonymous id, and an email address only if you choose to link one.
• Your story preferences, your stories, chapters, and the choices you made.
• Product analytics: page views, funnel steps, generation timings and costs.
• Payment records held by Stripe. We never see or store card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not use your stories to advertise to you, and we do not publish anything you generate. Your library is private to your account by default.

AI providers

Your preferences and the running story summary are sent to the model providers that write your chapters. They process that text to return a chapter and, under our agreements, do not use it to train their models.

Deleting things

Delete a story from your library and it becomes invisible immediately and is purged shortly after. Delete your account from the account page and everything tied to it — profile, stories, chapters, choices — is removed.
